Sarah Williams speaks at NYC SCORE Business Owners Roundtable

Business consultant Sarah Williams presents her ideas on how small business and nonprofit brands can simply and easily increase their visibility across various platforms.

NEW YORK, NY, 6/8/23 – Founder and CEO Sarah Williams was invited to speak at the concluding session of this season’s NYC SCORE Business Owners Roundtable, a networking group for small businesses owners and small nonprofit directors. This was her second time speaking for SCORE NYC.

Sarah centered the chat around creating a holistic plan that prioritizes data-driven storytelling and the customer / donor journey. Having been a two-time alumnus of SCORE, she offered candid and grounded advice as one would speak to peers.

Topics were:

  • Brand identity and consistency
  • Customer engagement and feedback
  • Public relations and reputation management
  • Segmentation and personalization
  • CRMs, automation, and lead nurturing

Some of the feedback she received was:

Thank YOU for a terrific conversation. You hit on so many critical points in your usual concise and practical way and always with humility and patience. Our RT folks should be comfortable with contacting you for any guidance they may require. (Co-leader Jerry Weinstein, SCORE)

Thank you for an excellent presentation. I will be in touch about a CRM system. (Attendee)
