Vegan Chef Brand Strategy
Opening up the horizon to a new market
Introducing healthier menus into academic environments is a passion of this vegan chef and long-time client of 816 New York. He wanted to branch out and start his own personal brand to explore the market.
The chef has worked with Harvard University and Brandeis, holding in-person workshops for culinary students and dining service employees on vegan cuisine and menu development.
We developed a color palette and logo, as well as messaging and an 8-page program booklet to help with his outreach efforts, in addition to helping build a list of potential schools to contact and email drip content to entice them to the program.
